BED AND BREAKFAST BUSINESS FOR SALE
La Belle Epoque opened in the summer of 2008 and had two good years as a bed and breakfast before we returned to the UK in 2010 for family reasons. The house is set in a beautiful picturesque town called Excideuil, which has all the amenities you could wish for.
The business has a very good local reputation and enjoys links with local businesses which help the bed and breakfast bring in business. The local Chateau's are very busy with weddings from spring to autumn and always bring in a healthy trade.
We also get a lot of business from the local tourist information office, 30 € per annum for them to recommend us and we are also in the local brochure. This is money well spent as this is usually repaid within days.
Our other main source of gaining customers is via this website, however, the B&B is now for sale.
The business website will be transferred to the new owner if they wish to continue the business side, or will be shut down upon request if the house is bought as a family home or other concern at no extra cost.
