Walking/Cycling
La Belle Epoque is perfectly situated for walkers and Cyclists, with trails starting right outside our back gate.
The trails are beautiful with breathtaking scenery to be taken in all along. The more adventurous or seasoned walker/cyclist might want to give the 20km trail a try, as it circles the local commune.
Swimming
There is a local municipal open air swimming pool, which is open for 2 months of the year (July/August). The cost is usually a couple of euros for entry and it's a lovely area for adults and children alike. The swimming pool can be seen from our back gate and is a 2 minute walk.
Boules
200 yards from La Belle Epoque is the local Boules Club where you can see the locals partake in their favourite pastime.
General Sports
Next door to the swimming pool is a skate park, rugby pitch, football pitch, 2 tennis courts and a lovely walking trail next to the River Loue.
